Default excel 97 HELP

Dear all,

I have created an excelfile with lots of macros in it.
The file runs beautifully in xp and 2000, but gives an application
error in excel 97.
When opening the first time everuthing goes alright.
After saving and opening again the following error message appears:
the instruction at " 0x651d2a61" referenced memory at " 0x000000000".
The memory could not be "read".

I have to finish this before the en dof the day....Does anyone have
any idea?

Thx in advance and best regards,

Ruud
