Default Timed Automatic Refresh of Cells

Hi, I have a number of calculations in a sheet. These use
addin formula to get data from an external system. I use
the F9 key to get the formula to update the values, but I
was wondering if there is any easy way to get excel to
recalculate the sheet automatically at a given timed
interval, say or 10 seconds ?
