Default Unpaid overtime?

If you are a programmer who has been working lots of overtime and you feel
you are having difficulty getting paid for what you have done, you may find
that you are not alone. If you have worked for Computer Sciences
Corporation and feel that this applies to you, you may want to check out
http://www.bigclassaction.com/class_.../computer.html and have your case
evaluated. If you have the same concern from another company there is also
have this site http://www.worldjustice.com/overtime/index.html you can go
to. These sites takes complaints and do free evaluations. They might be
able to help.
