You can use In (and I assume between) in your SQL statement in MSQuery. If you want to use parameters as the arguments for In or Between, then I don't think it's possible - at least not that I've seen. -- Dick Kusleika MVP - Excel www.dicks-clicks.com Post all replies to the newsgroup.
