Default CheckBox controling a ComboBox

I am currently building a form in VB and have hit a snag.

I want to have 3 CheckBoxes in a frame that drive a specific list to be
selected from a single ComboBox. I.e. each CheckBox generates a
different and unique list from the combobox.

Any Ideas
