Default VB Macro

I am looking to create a message or dialog box that
appears when a macro is activated. I have limited VB.
experinence and everything that I have found online seems
overly complicated. Is there an easy why to make a
dialog box appear.

Look at MsgBox and InputBox in the VBA help.
