Default Toolbar's shape remains on the screen

Hi,

I'm using Excel 2002 and sometimes strange things happens to some toolbars
(especially macro recording toolbar and pivot table toolbar). after using
for a while excel, these toolbars don't refresh themselves. when i move
toolbars on the screen i see the shape of the toolbar remains on the old
place. To remove that i have to restart excel.

Does anybody have an idea about that?

regards.

Have you tried just minimizing Excel and then maximizing it again.

Are you running a macro with screenupdating turned to off. This causes that
type of behavior with userforms.

Negative,
when excel is minimized that shape remains on the desktop.
rest of the excel application window is updating normally.
also that problem effects only toolbars. userforms are normals.
