Default Macros/Tracking/WorkBook Sharing Help Please

I have a convoluted problem - Hope I can explain it
clearly.

I have a Shared Workbook on our network. In order to see
changes that another user has made a user must select
TOOLS==TRACK CHANGES==ACCEPT OR REJECT then choose
Accept All. I want to create a command button on the
worksheet with script that will perform these steps.

In order to perform the steps, to build the macro
instructions, the workbook must be in "shared" mode. The
problem is that once the workbook is in "shared" mode the
macro editor is not available.

If anyone understands what I am trying to describe, I
would appreciate some help.
Thank you
Bill King
