Default Hyperlink within the TextFrame of Shape Object..?

Hi,

I have a shape object on my worksheet, and some text associated the text
object (in the objects TextFrame). I want to make that text a hyperlink to
my website where I have much more detailed related information, but the
hyperlink icon is greyed-out when the shape object is selected.

Can this be done? If not, is it possible to make a shape object TexFrame
scrollable? In this case I could include the entire (detailed) within the
TextFrame...?

Thank you very much,

Robert Stober
