macro tts from excel to outlook

The above link is not muck help in binding the excel tts engine to outlook mail. Has anyone gotten this to work for them? Does anyone have any clues how to get this to work in outlook 2003? I could not get the example of excel to word to work in 2003. Thanks for your help in any syntax or macro code posting. |
