Default MACRO ATTACHED TO A TOOLBAR BUTTON

I attached a macro to a button in my workbook but when I
use it, the macro changes it's location from my .XLT
workbook to my last .XLS created using that same macro.
Can anyone tell me how to MAKE IT STAY in my template
workbook?
