Default Protected cell error - Excel XP & Win98

I'm trying to sort out a problem with a spreadsheet that contains some VBA
code. The code runs fine in Excel 98, 2k & XP. However, one client has Excel
XP running in Windows 98 and it comes up with the error "Excel as performed
an illegal operation on a protected cell".

I can't reproduce this error (and, as the VBA code is password protected,
the client can't tell me where in the code the error is occuring).

Sorry to be so vague, but does anyone know why this particular set-up might
be causing problems whereas the code will run fine on other set-ups?

Thanks

Tim Barlow
