Default an easy question (to some of you, but not to me) on named ranges

I have one workbook with a summary worksheet and at least 50 more individual
worksheets and still growing. Each one of these individual worksheets have
many named ranges and I want some of them to appear on the first summary
worksheet so that I may total them. How can I do that? Thank you
