Default Pivot table showing #N/A

I was using the custom calculation feature in my pivot table. I used the % Of and chose a base item from a base field. It converted the total of the base item that I chose fine, but it converted all the other numbers to #N/A. What might I be doing wrong?

I have included a sample from the pivot table.

Thanks in advance for the replies.
Grant.
