Default collision avoidence

I require advice with regard to a method/coding that will
allow a number(30) of (PCs)files to download their data to
the one main collection/bank file. Noting that a few of
the (PCs) files may attempt to transfer at exactly the
same moment

You have provided minimal information on how this is all occurring, but in
general, you should have the one main file do the collecting.
