Default Stuck on Custom Splash Screen

OK, so Ive probably been a bit of an idiot.

I wanted a splash screen on my new Excel file that Im using (and to be
sending to other people). So I created a userform that is "shown"
immediately the worksheet opens. There is then a macro that counts to
five and then calls a "hide" on that userform.

So far so good.

I also removed the top blue bar (and [x] in top right corner) to make
it look nicer.

The problem is that the Splash screen sticks when I open the excel
sheet and obviously now I can't close it manually to go and edit the
VBA.

Anyideas?

Thanks
