Default format compare

i have used =rand() function in cells a1 to b200.

i want to be able to compare the values in cells a1 b1 , a2 b2 , a3 b3
and so forth...using conditional formatting....

if a1 b1 then a1 shud be red and if vice versa b1 shud be blue

how do i do this for 200 cells ?
is there an easier option ?
