Default Formula dependant on month/date

Hi guys

I hope you can help with this.

I need to make some formulas in Excel, relating to holiday entitlement.

if one of my employees has worked less than 1 year, then they receive 30
days holiday entitlement

If they have worked more than 1 year, they receive 31days holiday
entitlement

2 years, and 32 days holiday entitlement , etc.

I need to create a 4th column which tells me how much holiday entitlement
Danielle Sholbread has left.

I hope someone can help

Thanks

Name Days absent Start date
Danielle sholbread 8 12/04/2003
