Default Changes to UserForm do not "take"

When changing properties of a user form, then saving the
workbook (particularly if saving to different drives), the
properties sometimes revert unpredictably to the previous
settings.

If a label is changed, this is annoying but not vital.
But if the name of the form is changed, the program cannot
locate the form under either the old or new name.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
