Guys,

I have search google and I see two item with the same problem but both did
not get a response. But I am still hoping that this will not be the third.

BTW - I also check the knowledge base and got an article that closest to my
problem. It say that the problem could be cause by the installation of
crystal reports which are in my PC but it also say that it applies to some
version of windows but silent about XP which is my current OS. Anyone could
tell my if it also applicable to OS?
