Default Question about Excel 2003 and XML

I need to migrate 5 Excel documents (version 97,98,2000) into one
document. I also have to filter some columns (the layouts of the
documents are different). Whats the easiest way to do this? We need to
do this automaticly, because this process wil be done every week!

Can anybody help me? It would be nice if the new XML features of Excel
2003 could help me!
