Default Counting entries

If I have a workbook with 15 or 20 worksheets, and each
page has 200 entry fields (and other fields that contain
formulas which are protected fields to prevent mishaps),
what formula would I use in order to total up how many
entries have been made on each worksheet. I am thinking
about creating a new worksheet that says:
Amount of entries?
Worksheet 1 Need formula
Worksheet 2 Need formula
Worksheet 3 Need formula
etc.
