Default Formatting zero results from a formula

Good Afternoon All,

Does anyone have any ideas how to format a formula in
Cell "B1" so that if the result of the formulae is " "
that it will allow any narrative placed in Cell A1 to
spread across the face of cell B1, instead of cutting off
the narrative? I hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance.

Unless B1 is actually empty (including not containing a formula, no matter
what it returns), the text will not spill over.
