Array functions

Anyone who uses the array functions from the file at
http://home.pacbell.net/beban might be interested in the fact that
updated versions of the ArrayCountIf and ArrayRowFilter functions have
been uploaded to the site. They provide some additional functionality in
connection with comparison operators.
