Another option is to apply Data|filter|autofilter to your data. Then you can
show just the non-blanks and print that. Ken Schmidt wrote: Hi, Have a blank spreadsheet from which others are copied. Issue is this: If end user only needs to enter 5 rows of data, printing will occur for all 80 rows. Is there any way, short of deleting the formulas below the last data row, to not print unnecessary empty pages? Since I am numbering pages, selecting only the pages with data leaves the impression that the printing is incomplete ( page 2 of 3). Suggestion, anyone? -- Dave Peterson |
