Default Printing more pages than necessary

Another option is to apply Data|filter|autofilter to your data. Then you can
show just the non-blanks and print that.

Hi,
Have a blank spreadsheet from which others are copied.
Spreadsheet has two calculated columns (I,J)using IF
functions, which display blank ("") until data is entered
in Col F. Have populated 80 rows with the IF function in
I,J. Issue is this:

If end user only needs to enter 5 rows of data,
printing will occur for all 80 rows. Is there any way,
short of deleting the formulas below the last data row, to
not print unnecessary empty pages? Since I am numbering
pages, selecting only the pages with data leaves the
impression that the printing is incomplete ( page 2 of
3).

Suggestion, anyone?
