Default On_Open color coding

On a network, I have an On_Open sub in Module1 of a
Workbook doing various things. I want to add code in that
sub to set a custom color on the user's color palette.
For example, I want to modify the color of the first
swatch in the fourth row down - from the default hot pink,
to a soft red color. How would I code this?

I have the color modified in the workbook itself; however,
when some network users open the workbook, the hot pink
comes up, rather than the soft red.

These colors are being used in an impedded chart.

Thanks, Phil
