Default List of Names

I've seen reference to a freely available macro/function
for producing a list of Workbook names and addresses. It
could even be within the excel application. Can somebody
please point me at it before I go completely mad?

Default List of Names

InsertNamePaste and select Paste List. in the menubar

Or

Or use John's PUP 5 that have a option also
