Simple stores control using Excel
I have a need to record all inwards and outward movements
of stores. My problem is that when I update goods in, or goods out, it destroys the culmulative information that I need to establish the useage. Can anyone suggest what I need to do to finish up with a control system using Excel, that records Goods IN. Goods OUT. (without affecting the culmulative totals) Cumulative Quantities for each part from a known date. Goods consignment note numbers both in and out and a place for customer's and supplier's references? |

Geoff,
Please detail your current system. Without that information no suggestions can be made. "Geoff Biddulph" wrote in message ... I have a need to record all inwards and outward movements of stores.
