![]() ='F:\XX00\YY\[MYDBF.DBF]MYDBF'!$A2 will link to a file in F:\xx00\yy directory and MYDBF.DBF (file name) and MYDBF table name and row 2 (assuming that this DBF file also been kept opened in Excel).
