Default Help Programming Macros

I have a user with a macro I created a few months ago. I
can no longer remember what I did to create it. When I go
into Macros and try to Edit it, I am not given the
option. It's as if it's locked.

The original problem was that she wanted the ability to
increment a number in a specific cell by 1 when she
pressed the button. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
