Default xls2txt xls2pdf

Doing the conversion on your own machine would be better
you wouldn't have to worry about some company doing
something with your file (privacy concerns) and it would be
much faster.

The conversion to PDF, go over to
http://www.pdf995.com and get a free converter
like the Microsoft Excel to HTML converter you must use
borders instead of just gridlines to see borders. After you've
installed the software you just change the printer and when
you print it will ask you to name the output file.

The conversion to TXT is builtin to Excel, save the file,
so than any changes you've made will be saved in your .xls
file, then use Save As to save as .txt
