Hi All,
I'm trying to convert a text file into number of excel
files.I'm looking for a particular piece of text in .txt
file and using that as separator to create and write to a
different .xls file. It's working fine. But if i open any
one of them and try to close it, it's giving following
error:

olemainthreadwndname:excel.exe - application error
The Instruction '0x30032ff9' referenced memory
at 'ox65177f98'. The memory could not be "read".

Could you plase tell me why??
