Default Pull info from SQL server to Excel

I am wondering if it is possible to automatically pull
information from an SQL Server database into Excel?

I would like it so that every time the certain Excel file
is opened, it will pull the information from the SQL
Server database.

I'm new to VB so any help or examples would be wonderful.

Thanks!
