Default Disable Save As just for opened workbook

Hi,

I'm creating vb scripts dynamically which open up excel workbooks. This
means that I can't use the excel events as the script is deleted once it
has opened up the file. On open the script disables the save as button.

The problem is that when the user exits the workbook, excel now defaults
to have save as disabled so when Excel is opened up the save as button
cannot be reached?....

Any help would be great

Thank you

Daniel.
