Saving a new file with a macro
I have set up a query that retreives information from a MS Access dbase. I
then need to save that information as a tab delimited text file to be imported into a diferent program. Is there a way, when recording a macro, to have it pause for you to enter a file name, or better yet have it use one of the tables cell information as the file name? Such as, cell A5 is a last name. could the macro be recorded to saved that table as a text file with the value of cell A5 being the name of the file? |
