Default On Event Macro's?

Hi All,

Is it possible to have an "on event macro" run on a
spreadsheet on entering a number in a cell, range A1?

I have a database table, which calculates different
projections over a 12 month period, which works great.
What I would like it to actually do is to automate the
number of rows inserted and deleted in my table depending
on the number entered in the "Month" cell (A1). So if I
enter say 13 month's in A1, it will insert another row and
copy formula to the new row from above, and do the
opposite if say I only enter 10 month's, i.e delete 2 rows
and reformat.

I hope that makes sense.!

Thanks for your help

Mike
