Default Disable a command from with in a workbook

I have to send a template to various customers to retrieve
catalogue type information. Alot of the time, smaller
companies fill this out and the hit "send to" Mail
recipient( regardles of advising them not to), which is no
good to my system of retrieving the data in the work
book. I think that there must be a code that I can put
into the template that will disable the feature??? Help
Please. and thanks in advance for advice!
