Default Importing a sheet?

I've got a 2 sheet workbook, the 2nd sheet holding the raw
data.
But as the raw data will be changing at the end of every
week, i intend to email all affected with the updated raw
data sheet.

My question is, is there a way in which i can send the
sheet via email, and automatically get it to, once opened,
to unzip to the workbook and overwrite the already present
but old 2nd sheet? Basically, i need a user friendly way
of at the start of every week, updating the workbook. How
would you guys go about it ? Or you would do it
differently ?

Any feedback very much appreciated
cheers
olly
