I have created an "if" function with two results "up" or "down".
I want to automatically highlight the "down" results so they can be tracked. Can the IF function do this - current formula is =IF(j1j2,"up","down"). Thanks for your help. The Badger |

Use Formats/Conditional formatting:
Select cells containing your IF function Formats/Conditional formatting, cell value equals "down" Choose a format (say red background) Regards, Stefi The Badger ezt *rta: I have created an "if" function with two results "up" or "down".
