Default Disabling the cut function?

Is there any way in Excel 2003 to disable the cut function from being
available to users? It's scrambling formulas in hidden tabs. Thanks for your
help.

Can you not protect the worksheet? (When you say cutting do you mean cutting
data or do you mean deleting rows?)

It is protected for some functions, but they need to be able to copy and
paste some information (it's timesheets, users enter hours), and when they
cut and paste it scrambles the formulas.

Tim
Did you ever get this worked out? I have the same problem and I am looking
for a solution also.
