Formula Help

Looking for a formula that shows days left to comply to something.
So lets say column A has a date of 1/01/06 and we have 30 days to do
something. So in column B Id like to show how many days left before the 30th
day. So Lets say todays 1/20/06 so column B should have €œ10 days€ left to
comply.
