Default Pivot Table or Something!

I have a supplier that has switched forecasting formats and now send me
a CSV file that is impossible to format into usable data. Is there
anyway to convert this file so that I can have all the data including
the dates in a pivot format or something like it for ease of
useability?

Not quite sure what you want here but I'll assume that you've tried
changing the .txt to .csv or alternatively using text to columns?
