File Won't Open
I HAVE AN EXCEL FILE THAT SAYS (EXCEL CANNOT ACCESS"bUDGET SPREAD SHEET.XLS'. THE DOCUMENT MAY BE READ ONLY OR ENCRIPTED) WHEN I X THAT OFF IT SAYS (CANNOT ACCESS 'BUDGET SPREAD SHEET.XLS' IS THEIR A REPAIR FILE UTILITY OF ???
