Default How do I e-mail one Excel sheet to arrive NOT in HTML

I need to e-mail one sheet of an Excel workbook once a week. I want to have
it arrive as I see it on my computer.Sending as an attachment sends the whole
workbook. Is there a way to send without this happening.
