Default chi squares

does anyone know if excel does chi squared? If it does, do u know the code
for it or how to get it to work. thanks!!!

Rozie -

The chi square probability distribution is used for a variety of statistical
hypothesis tests, e.g., goodness of fit, equality of proportions, and
contingency table tests of independence.

Excel doesn't do the setup for you. You must develop the actual frequencies
and expected frequencies in worksheet cells. Then you can use Excel's
CHITEST worksheet function or the associated CHIDIST and CHIINV functions.
