Default COUNTIF function bug?

=SUMPRODUCT(--(LEFT(H2:H1062;2)="17*"))

Don't use the wildcard!

=SUMPRODUCT(--(LEFT(H2:H1062;2)="17"))

with ";" as the formula was incorrect if there was ","
