Default multple formulas

My table looks like this:

Customer NOVA VAB Date SW HW
A 1 12-Jun 1
B 1 12-Jun 1
C 1 12-Jun 1
D 1 13-Jun 1
E 1 13-Jun 1

I need to separate out the NOVA SW and NOVA HW and the VAB SW and VAB HW
calls. I am running into issues with this....can someone help me?
