Default Stopping copying from a webpage

I got a excel worksheet that has been published to webpage. I want to allow
viewers of the webpage be able to interact with it, but is there a way to
stop them exporting it to their machine as I want to prevent local copies
popping-up everywhere.

The best way would probably be converting your excel spreadsheet into a
web application. If it's relatively simple, it won't take long.
