Default Please help me on IF function

Hi, i have a question regarding IF function.

- If item count 50 or more, do nothing
- If item count 30 to 49, add "*" behind item name
- If item count 29 or less, add "^" behind item name

Book 46
Pencil 10
Food 36
Handphone 100

Ans:
Book*
Pencil^
Food*

How do i use the IF function to get the answer above? Thank you for
your help.
