is there a way to make sure that a user fills in all cells in a row, if for
example a1 has been populated? - with data validation you can choose not ignore blank cell, but the inputs into can simply be overlooked! thanks in advance! :) |

I know of no regular feature in Excel to do that, but I have home-brewed a
